Interval bug in PortfolioCenter 5.4

I upgraded to PortfolioCenter 5.4 and found a bug on my first day of using it.  But it was easily solved.

Problem:  While batch processing intervals, PortfolioCenter 5.4 consistently stalled when it reached a particular account.  The program would hang, requiring a ‘control-alt-delete’ type reboot. Apparently this problem can happen in 5.4 if the account (or group) value goes to zero during the interval being processed.

Workaround: Re-process the intervals without breaking for large cash flows or change the date of the final withdrawal to the last day of the month.

Schwab Performance Technologies is aware of this problem.
