While PortfolioCenter 5.5 improved handling of the account details, new accounts from Schwab no longer contain a Social Security number (Tax ID) in PortfolioCenter account details.
This change is not a bug; it is a planned security upgrade.
While I understand the need to protect SSNs from prying eyes, many third party providers use that field as their key to match account data exported from PortfolioCenter to accounts in their system. As far as I know, most of them have not switched to a different matching field. Additionally you may be using the field in smart sets and views.
From now on, you’ll need to manually enter SSNs into the account details.
